✅ Eyewear Terms & Conditions (Updated & Final)
1. Replace Policy (No Returns)
Customers can request a replacement within 5 days of delivery.
The product must be in unused and original condition.
All tags, stickers, barcodes, and protective films must be intact.
If any tag or seal is removed, replacement will not be accepted.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the customer’s wallet/balance,
not given in cash.
Wallet balance can be used to place a new order anytime.
3. Prescription Glasses Policy
Glasses are made exactly as per the prescription provided by the customer.
Incorrect or outdated prescription given by the customer is not the company's responsibility.
Power verification is the customer’s responsibility before placing an order.
Products made with a wrong prescription are not eligible for replacement or refund.
4. Damaged / Wrong Product Received
In case of a damaged or incorrect product, customers must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
A proper unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
Without an unboxing video, no damage/mismatch claims will be accepted.
5. Used Product Policy
Products with scratches, fingerprints, sweat marks, lens cleaning marks, or any signs of usage
will not be accepted for replacement.
6. Hygiene Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used eyewear cannot be replaced under any condition.
7. Packaging Requirements
All original accessories must be returned:
box, case, cleaning cloth, pouch, and any extras.
Missing accessories may result in a ₹100–₹300 deduction from the wallet refund or replacement eligibility.
8. Refund Policy
Wallet refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Online payment refunds are issued to the same payment method.
For COD orders, refund will be added to the wallet only, not as cash.
Return shipping charges may be deducted.
9. Exchange / Replacement Policy
Customers can request a one-time replacement for color/style/size issues
(shipping charges may apply).
Replacement will only be approved after product inspection.
10. Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped within 24–48 business hours.
Delivery delays caused by courier partners are beyond company control.
11. Legal & Policy Acceptance
By placing an order, the customer agrees to all Terms & Conditions listed above.
The company reserves the right to update policies anytime without prior notice.
